Kabaeva Alina Maratovna


Born on 12 May 1983 in Tashkent.

In 2007 graduated from Moscow State University of Service.
In 2009 graduated from St. Petersburg Lesgaft State University of Physical Education.
From 1996 to 2007, member of the Russian Rhythmic Gymnastics national team, winner of XXVIII Olympic Games in Athens, 2004;bronze medalist of XXVII Olympic Games in Sidney, 2000, two-time all-round world champion (1999 and 2003), five-time all-round European champion (1998-2000, 2002, 2004), six-time all-round Russian champion (1999-2001, 2004, 2006, 2007).

From 2005 to 2007, served as a member of the Russian Public Chamber Commission on developing charity and volunteer work.

From December 2007 to September 2014, served as a Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation representing the All-Russia United Russia Party (Republic of Tatarstan), member of the United Russia faction.

From February 2008 to September 2014, Chairman of the Public Council of the National Media Group.
She holds the Order of Friendship and Fourth Class Order for Services to the Motherland, as well as the title of Honoured Master of Sports.

Kovalchuk Kirill Mikhailovich


Was born in 1968 in Leningrad.

Graduated with a History major from Lomonosov Moscow State University.

In June 2012 was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of National Media Group.

In September 2014 headed NMG as President of the Holding company.

Paskina Olga Aleksandrovna


Olga graduated from the law faculty of the Volgograd State University and the faculty of economics of the Volgograd State Technical University. She also has an Executive Management degree from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, and is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at the University of California, Berkeley (USA).

Olga worked for the leading brewing company SAN InBev from 2002 to 2008, where she held positions of Legal Director and HR Director. Olga Paskina carried out projects on improvement of business performance, was instrumental in consolidation of SAN InBev Russia’s production and sales companies.

Prior to joining Discovery Networks, Olga Paskina was President and member of the Board of Directors at ProfMedia, one of the largest private media corporations in Russia, where she served for 7 years. She was responsible for development and execution of business development strategies for companies within the corporation. In 2013 under her leading was made a transaction of joining ProfMedia to media holding Gazprom-Media.

Olga held the position of Senior Vice President and Country Manager for Discovery Networks North East Europe from 2014 to 2015. She was responsible for overseeing Discovery Networks’ business development in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, the Baltic countries, Central Asia and the Caucasus.
In 2015 Olga Paskina was a CEO of Discovery Holdings, a joint venture of National Media Group and Discovery Communications. The company was founded following the implementation of the law on the limitation of the share of foreign shareholders in the broadcasting channel.

Olga Paskina became General Director of National Media Group in March 2016.

Lukin Vladimir Andreevich


Year of birth: 1978.

Vladimir Lukin joined Severstal Group in 2004 as Senior Legal Advisor.

In 2007 he became Senior Legal Advisor at OJSC Severstal. In 2008 Vladimir was appointed as head of the international project department.

In 2009 he was appointed as Senior Vice President, legal affairs and General Counsel. Prior to joining the company Vladimir was with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

He graduated in Law from the Moscow State University.

Mansurov Dmitry Flerovich


Was born in 1977 in Leningrad.

Graduated from law faculty of Saint-Petersburg State University.

In December 2011 was appointed Director of law devision of JSC Bank "ROSSIYA".

In September 2013 became Vice-president, head of the department of legal and ficancial support in CJSC "ABR Management".

In October 2014 was appointed CEO of CJSC "ABR Management".  

Barankov Vladislav Georgievich


Was born in 1953.

In 1980 he graduated in Economics and Formation of Crude Oil and Gas Industry.

In 1982 he was appointed as Deputy chief of the scientific depatment of labor and production management at "Surgutneftegas".

In 1987 became Deputy Director General of economic affairs. From November 1996 he became the first deputy CEO in Economics at OJSC Surgutneftegas.

From 2002 to present time - First Deputy General Director in finance and taxataion at OJSC "Surgutneftegaz".

Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC "SNGB" and since 2010 is also a member of the Board at "The National Oil Consortium".
